Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: He got into the Courier business at a young age. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Courier hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and expand his business
