He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Neega grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Neega. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure.
