History: She was raised in a mountains tribe. Seraphina liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. History: William hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving William alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Soapmaker for the past few years.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and she's repulsed by the pc

History: Patrin was born with his father's beautiful face. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he wants revenge against brigands
