History: Balifra lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
