Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. She has brown hair. Her eyes are violet.
Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.
History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Menny was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Menny decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Menny fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and she's looking for her big break

Description: She wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. Sporting a silver mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. Her ears are large.
Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.
History: Born to a Banker, her father struggled to pay the bills. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. She is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing pastel cape and mantle trimmed with soft tan waves gently in the breeze. Her black fur, when down, is lengthy. Her amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Stableman who has hired her part-time. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To reunite with her old friends.

Description: This western man is abnormally tall. He wears a worn and beaten armor. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His white hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
History: Nim was born with his father's beautiful face. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and wants a kiss

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Sarah hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers; and obtaining odd cultural tiefling artifacts is her passion
