Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. Drifting enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Drifting fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Painter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gifted student he started as a Cartwright, but he got bored and became a Painter. He has achieved small success as a Painter.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
