Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Damaia lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother worked until she suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. She had to support her now crippled mother and took her mother's old job. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and balancing her hectic life and new adventurer responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. After a long history of fighting, Tharivol and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Katherine was born on a far western desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Scribe. She tends to her Scribe job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: To be a Mortician again; and her religion dominates her actions

Personality: She is mildly Gnome supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Masseuse. She became a Masseuse soon after.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.
