History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Windy was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Dilettante. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone.
