Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He takes great joy in being the best Scribe in town.

History: Born in the north to a Scribe, Hamil learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Through the years after Hamil was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Hamil's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.
