After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the east. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Volen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She became a Server soon after.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
