History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Description: This slender woman stands about 5'7". She wears a black costume with the symbols of magic on her torso. She has moderate length silver hair. Her black eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Kallista embodies much of what other species detest in the Tieflings. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. Some 7 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Kallista never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered dancing. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shivering fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: She got into the Mercenary business at a young age. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Dee took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up ceremonial dagger and armor she uses now. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 12 years.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Mercenary responsibilities is difficult.
