History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Through the years after Naill was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Naill's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born in the east. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
