Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Halfling culture. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Mugrunden was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Cartwright. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Cartwright.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.
