Personality: Astaro hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her poetry career. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She now mingles about in high society.
