The war was a terrible time for him, and Cloak does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Cloak was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Cloak's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Cloak and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: Patrick lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dwarven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dwarven doctor. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
