History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Orsik was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ploughman work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ploughman work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Ploughman job and began his own company from there.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Shepherd mother left him crippled. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered

History: Tenena was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Tenena grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Tenena. She struck the Roofer job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and doesn't want to be a roofer and was forced into it by her family

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Butcher. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Wants her loneliness to end.
