History: Thervan was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He found a children's book about a Elf Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. At some point she was captured by brigands and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: Sumnes lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. At some point she was captured by gnolls and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many gnolls want her driven away; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
