History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. After a long history of fighting, Conrad and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he is greedy

Description: He is an average looking southern male in his early mid-life. He wears dull green sweaters, loose grey pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed axe, just in case. His blue hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He has several tiny topaz earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: Born in the south to a Miller, Qemuel learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, brigands burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying south to reunite his family. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She worked as a nervous Baker and found it very stressful. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Baker responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 10 years.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and to get a good night's sleep
