Her brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Adelaide lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. Her chestnut hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Harriet was born the youngest of three triplets. A gifted student she started as a Shepherd, but she got bored and became a Soapmaker. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Soapmaker for the past few years.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for her hunting needs. She has a long golden ponytail with little hanging trinkets. Her amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac
