Description: She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. She is portly but not overly obese. Her purple hair is unkempt and raggedy. Her black unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: Prosperine lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He takes great joy in being the best Locksmith in town.
History: Borun was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Rogue, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Rogue in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Locksmith.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. His black hair is braided into rings. His green eyes peer out from beneath his broad brown hat.
Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Manfred was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Manfred decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Barber they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Body Guard, and he later adopted a second son.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent father.

Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her tied-back hair is red. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She works hard and plays hard.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Barbena fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.
