Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she wears dull green sweaters, loose tan pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed bow, just in case. Her silver hair is lengthy. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. The war was a terrible time for her, and Vepar does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Vepar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. When Vepar reached her early adolescence her Tiefling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Baggi grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Baggi. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

History: She got into the Marshal business at a young age. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She struck the Marshal job and began her own company from there.
