History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Caelynn was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the brigands.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
