History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Laborer. After a long history of fighting, Baern and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Marshal for the past few years.
