History: He comes from a rich western family. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Scribe. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dwarven conditions. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
