History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. Birel was born on a far western plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Mayor. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Birel fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Calcitro was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Luthra was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. At some point she was captured by dire rats and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many dire rats want her driven away.
