History: She comes from a rich western family. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She tends to her Mortician job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Her blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Miles hails from a village terrorized by giants. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers
