Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ploughman for hire.

His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Leaf was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: This late middle aged man wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition and is in decent physical shape. His silver hair, when down, is lengthy. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep green.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She uses divination through singing.

History: Beast was born with her mother's beautiful face. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tabaxis became a terror of the countryside. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and to prove her worth to the world

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He wears a broad hat to hide his balding. He has several tiny topaz earrings on each ear.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Painter. He has achieved small success as a Painter.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.
