History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered north to less war torn lands. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.

In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Nalaed alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: Syllin was born with her father's beautiful face. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dwarves.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dwarven conditions. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
