Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. The war was a terrible time for her, and Reeza does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Some 7 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Reeza never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
