History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Claira grew up listening to her father's many stories. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Bernard was born the youngest of three triplets. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

History: Sethrekar hails from a village terrorized by goblins. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Vepar hails from a village terrorized by goblins. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Miller. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
