Personality: Ortegar is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. Ortegar was a troubled youth. History: He was born in the west. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
