History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Description: She is a pot bellied northern woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She likes to wear tan tank tops with black skirt. Her hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. Her green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She found a children's book about a Gnome Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Cook. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has worked as a Cook like his mother before him.

Description: A moderately attractive man, he prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. He keeps his long auburn hair kept up in a rat tail. His green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. A true patriot, Thorpe would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When Thorpe reached his early adolescence his Halfling father passed away.
