History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Through the years after Williamina was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Williamina's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.
