History: He was born in a small mountains village. A gifted student he started as a Cook, but he got bored and became a Spice Merchant. He's also a talented Cook, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Born in the east to a Mayor, Ootah learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Mayor. In the meantime she has taken over work as a Mayor and occasionally as a mercenary.
