History: She was raised by priests from a young age. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Oda grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Oda. Being a Laborer kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: He was born in the south. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature pickaxe.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is an amazing painter.

History: Halander hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Halander was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and a deep hatred of gnolls
