History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Dilettante. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Dilettante for hire.

Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.
