Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body, marred by beers. His chestnut hair and beard is wavy and long. His green eyes peer out from beneath his Stetson white hat.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Baker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

His amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. She is physically well-built. She has a long black ponytail with little hanging trinkets. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. She has achieved small success as a Scribe.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and wants her loneliness to end
