Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a great chef.

History: Heward was born with his mother's beautiful face. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Half-Elf, and stands approximately 4'11". He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during, and his gloved hand is found clutching a pickaxe. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His gray eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Vanuath was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Vanuath alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Description: She wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 5'5" when asserting herself. Her tied-back hair is red. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Joan isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Half-Elven unity. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Healer for hire.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To end her boredom.

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates her frame. Her red hair is smooth and relatively long. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are gold.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: The child of a Layabout, who enjoyed hunting, Kali was taken on many hunting expeditions. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Layabout. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Wants a kiss; and she would like to get married and retire
