Description: She is a small woman, but exceptionally fit. She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. She has wavy black hair. Her eyes are green and beady.
Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Urshar lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
Motivation: Wants to raise her children well.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His long blonde hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines green.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

Description: He wears a tattered pair of loose black pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. He carries a battered nunchaku and tarnished warhammer as well. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: Pûgrish was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature warhammer.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 4'2" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a grey shirt, with a red mid length shorts with red tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His black hair is heavily combed to the right. He has gray eyes.
Personality: Elaim speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Healer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His first spouse was a Hunter, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: To unite with his brother; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: This slender woman stands about 5'2". She dresses in brown turtlenecks beneath a blue coat with black slacks. She wears a colorful flower in her chestnut hair. Her eyes are likewise violet. Her teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: She hates Humans with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and someone believes her a fraud
