Personality: Dalaba wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Aristocrat, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: She got into the Mayor business at a young age. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Mayor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has achieved small success as a Mayor.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Elven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants to open a new tavern
