History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her first spouse was a Marshal, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. Carrie was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Carrie decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He tends to his Tailor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She got money to start a business from the gang present in town. She is greatly indebted to them.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.
