History: The child of a Body Guard, who enjoyed hunting, Lia was taken on many hunting expeditions. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Gunter lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
