Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Joser was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fletcher for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult.

Description: This eastern woman is abnormally tall. She dresses in black turtlenecks beneath a red coat with blue slacks. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. Her white hair, when down, is lengthy. She has gleaming, smiling silver eyes.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears a violet shirt, with a tan mid length shorts with tan tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His white hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. This green eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His first spouse was a Blacksmith, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and to clean up the streets
