History: Korfel lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Performer. He has achieved small success as a Performer.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. When Drifting reached her early adolescence her Tabaxi father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: The child of a Spice Merchant, who enjoyed hunting, Ownka was taken on many hunting expeditions. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Ownka took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up rapier and armor she uses now. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
