Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'6" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a tight fitting brown shirt and pants. His cinnamon fur is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bricklayer for hire.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and further expansion of business

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she tends to wear a grey poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. Her auburn hair is long and unkept. She has hazel eyes.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She tends to her Mayor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and she has decided she is irredeemable

His silver hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: He got into the Sage business at a young age. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the west were limited. He struck the Sage job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She's also a talented Herbalist, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

Description: His left side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He wears a black broad hat and black clothes. He has no hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.
