He tends to his Spy job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Carlin embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. Carlin is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Ruler arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble.
