Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Skirt grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Skirt.
