History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Through the years after Nelkin was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Nelkin's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Nelkin and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Uthemar took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up whip and armor he uses now. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
