Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Through the years after Torgga was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Torgga's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Syllin lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and to unite with her brother

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has worked as a Layabout like her mother before her.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: He wears a fancy grey suit. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. He wears his white hair up in a very large beehive style do. His brown eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is a Junk Dealer first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She wears black trousers with grey and tan striped suspenders. She wears various colorful collared shirts. Her white hair is knotted and matted. Her eyes are gold and catlike.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
