History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Roofer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now mingles about in high society.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. At a young age her mother died while driving off some gnolls. Her father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in scythe use. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he has decided he is irredeemable
